Discounts and Rewards

Can I use multiple discounts in the same order?

Unfortunately, Shopify (or store platform) does not allow for multiple coupons or discounts on the same order. Please bear in mind that this includes bundled items as well. When you add bundled items to your cart, it automatically applies a discount code to your order.

How do I redeem my reward points?

On each product page, there is a button directly under the Add To Cart button which allows you to use your reward points. Note: You cannot combine money and reward points in the same order. You must fully purchase an item with points.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We do! Our titles (with the exception of Every Moment Holy, Vol. 1) are available via Ingram. However, if you want to contact us directly for wholesale pricing, email us at chris@rabbitroom.com.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Generally, we fulfill orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Please allow us 24-48 business hours to fulfill your order, though we aim to fulfill orders under that estimate.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

Digital Items

How many times can I download a digital purchase?

When you purchase a download, you will have 5 attempts to successfully download it. If you are not able to complete your download, please contact us at service@rabbitroom.com. Note that in general you cannot download a purchase directly to your phone or tablet.

Ordering and Gifts

Does the Rabbit Room store my credit card information?

No. For your security, we never save your payment information. For this reason, we are not able to increase the sale price of an order once it has been completed. If you wish to add something to an existing order, you will need to place a new order.

How can I "Gift" an item?

If you'd like to purchase an item to be sent to another person, simply enter that person's name and address in the "Shipping" area during checkout. We cannot at this time offer gift notes or gift wrapping options. However, physical receipts are never included in the shipment.

Can I "Gift" a download?

Yes! Simply buy the download for yourself. You will receive an email containing a link, which you can then forward to the recipient of the gift. Be sure you don't accidentally download the files yourself or the person gifted will not be able to access them.

Can I "Gift" a Gift Card?

Yep. After all, it's right there in the name! Rabbit Room Gift cards are digital, no physical card will be sent. Simply purchase the card in the amount of your choosing, and then once you receive the card in your email confirmation, you can forward it to anyone you like. Or you can print it and deliver it in a card.
