I had an account in the old Rabbit Room store, can I use it here?

You'll need to create a new account for this version of the store. Sorry :( But if you need access to old orders, shoot us an email at orders@rabbitroom.com.

When will my order ship?

We fulfill orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. 

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Orders shipped via "Economy" class (Media Mail) do have tracking numbers, but the postal service does not update tracking information for this class of mail.

How many times can I download a digital purchase?

When you purchase a download, you will have 3 attempts to successfully download it. If you are not able to complete your download, please contact us at orders@rabbitroom.com. Note that you CANNOT download a purchase directly to your phone or tablet.

Can I download a purchase directly to my tablet or phone?

Downloads are delivered as ZIP files. Most phones and tablets (including iPads and iPhones) cannot download ZIP files. You will first have to download your purchase to your computer. You can then unZIP the file (some computers, like Macs, will do this automatically) and transfer your music to your tablet or phone using whatever music application you choose.

What is a ZIP file?

Downloads are delivered as ZIP files. A ZIP file is a compressed archive that must be unZIPPED in order to access the files within it. All Apple computers will unZIP files automatically by double-clicking on the file. If you are using a PC instead of an Apple computer you should run out immediately and buy yourself a Macbook. Alternatively, there are many free apps available that will unZIP your file on a PC.

Does the Rabbit Room store my credit card information?

No. For your security, we never save your payment information. For this reason, we are not able to increase the sale price of an order once it has been completed. If you wish to add something to an existing order, you will need to place a new order.

How can I "Gift" an item?

If you'd like to purchase an item to be sent to another person, simply enter that persons name and address in the "Shipping" area during checkout.

Can I "Gift" a download?

Yes! Simply buy the download for yourself. You will receive an email containing a link, which you can then forward to the recipient of the gift. Be sure you don't accidentally download the files yourself or the person gifted will not be able to access them.

Can I "Gift" a Gift Card?

Yep. After all, it's right there in the name! Rabbit Room Gift cards are digital, no physical card will be sent. Simply purchase the card in the amount of your choosing, and then once you receive the card in your email confirmation, you can forward it to anyone you like. Or you can print it and deliver it in a card.
